Robinson house Lanđin is located on the island of Pašman, in Lanđin bay. The object is on two floors. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen living room (with sofa bed as an extra bed), and a covered terrace of 10 m2 with seating furniture.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, living room with small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The object has a water tank of 50,000 liters and the electricity is solar (220 V). The water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. In these conditions, it is necessary to conserve water very sparingly, and guests mostly decide to buy drinking water since the water is longer in the tank during the summer months.
In front of the house guests have a fireplace, as well as a berth for a smaller boat that can be rented on request at an additional charge. The approach to the sea is tiled with stairs for easier access.
The house is also accessible by car, but we have to note that these improvised roads are not recommended for cars that are low on the road, and the roads to the house are steep. If you decide to drive by car, driving must be careful and slow. The car can be left close to the house, (5-10 minutes walk, after which owners will transport luggage and groceries by a small boat next 100 meters to the house ). The owners are very kind and it is possible to arrange the delivery of the groceries by prior agreement.
